A reclaimed granite set threshold was installed along with a five bar hardwood gateway. The yew tree was crown lifted to allow a full view of the main gateway from the house particularly the main entrance door which was causing safety/security concerns.
The existing Cherry laurel was extended by establishing a cherry laurel hedge across the main front wall, giving privacy after the initial clearance and an excellent foil for the proposed planting scheme to be established in the bed area that had been cleared.
