Darren Rudge Landscape and Garden Design Re-shaped the lawn area to give low maintenance borders stocked with Bamboos, grasses and herbs for medicinal and culinary purposes.
Water was included with the installation of a bubbling granite water feature, and the use of aggregates, slates and stones covering a weed suppressant membrane gave a clean, bright weed free area. The quintessential Japanese maple (Acer palmatum) formed the main focal point. The whole garden was constructed to give colour through the year, giving low maintenance enhancing the clients brief of an oriental urban style.
